Mandatory Appointment Procedure

Step 1: You will be contacted 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to complete a short health assessment. If all provided answers meet the guidelines of the health assessment we can move forward with your appointment.

Step 2: On the day of your appointment please text or call me when you arrive, and I will let you know when I am ready for you to enter the building. Please wait for my response before entering. If you do not have a cell phone, please wait directly outside the door on Main Street for me to come get you at your scheduled appointment time.

Step 3: Upon entering the office please use the provided sanitizer for your hands.

Step 4: Your temperature will be taken with a touchless thermometer and will be recorded on your health assessment from the previous day. If your health assessment responses match the guidelines and your temperature is below 100.4 degrees we may continue with your appointment. You will be asked to verify the information provided on the assessment and sign the form to move forward.

Step 5: In the treatment room there is a sanitized plastic bin with a lid where articles of clothing you remove MUST go as well as any sundries (e.g., jewelry, glasses, phone etc.).

Step 6: Please sanitize your hands once more after placing all items in the bin with provided sanitizer before you get on the massage table.

A mask MUST be worn at all times once you reach the office door. I have disposable masks available if you do not have one.

If you wish to temporarily put massages on hold please feel free to contact me to discuss resuming massages in the future. Do not feel pressured to continue if you are not comfortable.
